How do I return a Tech item?

We offer a Free 12 month warranty for all Tech items that we sell, to give our customers extra peace of mind. 

This begins on the day the order is placed, and covers any manufacturing defects which may occur on the device. 

If there is a fault, and you need to return a Faulty Tech Product, or if you change your mind within 60 days of ordering, please contact our Customer Services Team.

You'll be sent a UPS returns label by email. This is a fully tracked service. Simply print out the label, attach it to the box and drop it off at your nearest UPS location.

Before returning your device, please ensure the following are removed:

  • All security and parental locks
  • Your SIM card
  • Memory card
  • Your iCloud / Samsung / Google account

If you've returned a device that is still locked to an iCloud or Samsung account, we won't be able to process the return straight away. We'll send you an email to let you know that your device is still locked along with some instructions on how to do this remotely.

If you've returned a device that is still Google locked, we won't be able to process the return and will have to send the device back to you. We're unable to unlock Google accounts remotely as you need to verify your identity to do so.

Please note, please retain the proof of postage receipt provided by UPS when sending a return to us.

Our Standard Unwanted return timeframe is 14 days however this has been extended to 60 days across the holiday period.
