Will I receive a replacement or a refund once I've returned my item?

If you've returned an item to us, we'll ask you whether you'd like a refund or a replacement.

Please note that replacements can only be issued dependent on stock levels at the time of your returns request. If we're unable to provide you with a replacement, we'll issue a refund back to your original payment method and notify you of this by email.
