My device is faulty. What can I do?

If the fault hasn't been caused accidentally and you bought it less than a year ago, it is likely that your device is covered by decluttr under our 12 month limited warranty. This covers you for faults that occur as a result of improper workmanship as well as technical defects.

If your product does not work, you should contact our Customer Service Team. They'll gladly advise you of the next steps on how you can return your device.
