How should I return a Media item?

If you'd like to return any Media items, please contact our Customer Service Team. You'll receive some instructions on how to return the item back to us.

Where possible, we'll ask you to return any items in the original packaging your order arrived in. If this is not possible, please place a note inside your parcel with your order number and a small description of the problem. This will help us process your return much quicker.
