If you'd like to return any Media items, please contact our Customer Service Team.
If you're returning a Media item that's faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number so we can provide you with a FREE returns label. This is a fully tracked returns service. Simply attach the label to your box and send it back via your nearest drop off point.
If you'd like to return a Media item because you've changed your mind or they are no longer wanted, you must return to the address below within 60 days of you receiving the items:

How you choose to send is up to you. However, we recommend that you use a fully tracked insured service that covers you for any damage or lost items in transit.
decluttr will not be held responsible for any items that arrive damaged or missing and any refund on these items will not be issued.
All costs associated with returning an unwanted Media item are to be covered by you, the customer.
Please note, our standard unwanted return timeframe is 14 days however this has been extended to 60 days across the Holiday Period.
