What is your returns policy for Tech items?

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee returns policy, no questions asked! 

If your device is within the 14 day returns period, you'll be eligible to return it back to us. You will be responsible for all associated shipping and handling charges on returned items.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage using a tracked service, and choose a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Please remember to remove the following before returning your device:

  • All security and parental locks
  • Your SIM card
  • Memory card
  • Your iCloud / Samsung / Google account

Remember: we also offer a FREE 12 month limited warranty for all of our Tech items! If your item has developed a fault, you'll be able to return it under our warranty. For more information about returns of faulty Tech products, click here!
