What communication can I expect to receive throughout the order process?

We want to keep you up to date with your order as it progresses. To put your mind at rest, we'll send you a confirmation email once you've completed your order. This will contain a summary of your order and your order number.

Please be aware that it can take up to an hour to receive your order confirmation email and you should check your junk and spam folders if you have not received it.

We'll contact you again once each item has been dispatched to let you know that your order is on its way.
