I've returned a media item. When will I receive a refund or replacement?

All Media returns will be processed as soon as they have been received by our returns team. We aim to process all Media returns within 5-7 days of them being sent back to us.

Media items are checked over for any faults and refunds / replacements will be issued immediately.

We'll notify you via email of any outcomes and actions concerning any Media returns.
